Restorative Yoga
Teacher Training Program

with Satya and Premshakti
November 15 - 16- 17, 2002

An Invitation to all Yoga Teachers -

Explore the “ART” of Restorative Yoga - Active Relaxation Techniques!

Review the Yogic principles of Unity Consciousness; the Koshas; the Kleshas, the Chakras.  Also, review and experience the process of Yoga Nidra.

Learn poses that you can bring to your students and also incorporate into your own practice, providing replenishment, deep nurturance and healing rest.

Renew your intention to be in a state of restfulness and peace, deepening your awareness and experience of Unity Consciousness

Release tension from the body, mind and breath, with postures of effortlessness and ease.  Release from chronic holding patterns of Stress Response reaction; release into the Relaxation Response.

Relax into a natural state of balance as the body is fully supported with bolsters, pillows, blankets, ties, and chairs.

Certified Yoga Teachers of all disciplines are welcome; everyone completing the 15-hour program will receive a Certificate of Completion.

The Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is approved as an accredited training program for qualified teachers in the 500 hour PremYoga advanced-level Teacher Certification Program.
