PremYoga offers a wide variety of enrollment opportunities.
Before any students enrolls in any program at the center, we
request that she or he attend a free yoga class to see if what
we teaches suits her or his needs.

Each pass has one extension. We do not accept credit cards, but we will
take personal and post-dated checks.

What to bring: a yoga mat or
large towel, blanket, and an
open mind.
What to wear: comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.
Please refrain from eating 2 to 3 hours before class.
