Tri-Yoga
top
with Lynne Andrews
Tri-Yoga is a
unique method developed by Kali Ray, based on her Kriyavati
experiences of spontaneous, flowing sequences of posture,
breath and mudra (hand gestures). The postures are connected
by a wave like motion, moving energy through the spine. These
sequences, integrated with breath and internal focus, give
profound benefits to those who practice.

with Premshakti
