Prem/Kripalu Yoga
Learn the fundamentals to build your practice safely & deeply, with attention to breathing, alignment principles, and deep, healing relaxation. Get all your questions answered. Modifications are available for students with specific needs.
Experience real aliveness & unfold your full potential, on and off the yoga mat. Remove mental, emotional, & physical constrictions. Explore your ‘edges’ with compassion & awareness Experience the true Self. This sacred environment will help you move beyond mechanical exercise to a profound inner healing - both energizing & relaxing. This is not 'gentle yoga' but 'deep yoga with awareness'.
Special Needs Yoga
This class is for special needs of the mentally challenged, cognitively impaired, cerebral palsy, minor autism, low IQ, speech and certain physical problems. Be in this healing environment and learn simple, loving breathing exercises, gentle stretches and relaxation techniques.
