Intermediate Yoga

and to the direct experience of the true Self.

Go deeper into the experience of 

the healing energy called prana in this intermediate class

ending with pranayama and meditation.

 


 

Prem Yin Yoga

 

This slow deep flow of warm-ups and longer holding of postures

settles the mind and releases bodily tensions.  

Great for anyone seeking more depth of life - on and off the mat.

 


 

Intro/Beginning Belly Dance Class

 

Explore the sensual world of Belly Dance 

and experience the passion of this ancient art form

 

This introductory class in the Serena Technique includes: 

9 basic body positions, undulations, hip isolations,

travel steps, and graceful arms and hands.
