INSIDE: party, potluck dinner & dessert buffet, sing-

along at the piano, possible kirtan with PremShakti, partner

dancing on our wood dance floor, massage & healing exchanges,

musical performances welcome...

OUTSIDE: bonfire with live drumming (African, Latin,

Middle-Eastern, World rhythms...) and dancing

(bellydancers, fire-dancers, poi-twirlers, etc.)

Turiya Meditation (TM) Program

This simple, effortless, deep meditation has been the sub-

ject of more scientific research than all other meditation

techniques combined!  It unfolds the full 200% potential

of life - 100% inner spiritual awakening (peace & freedom),

plus 100% outer success (energy, intelligence, creativity,

love, health, & happiness).  It's expounded by Patanjali

in the Yoga Sutras to bring fulfillment to the path of yoga

by establishing samadhi (the infinite, unbounded Self)

at the core of life.  It gives the regular, daily experience

of transcending, of samadhi - and stabilizes that un-

bounded state in the nervous system permanently.

the park; drive around back, on the north side of the pier

Drum, dance, or just watch.

Enjoy the confluence of the 5 elements: soft sand underfoot

(earth), ocean waves lapping (water), full Moon (fire), gentle

ocean breezes (air), live drumming sounds (space).
